A little more clarity

You are looking at three example subscriptions, so you can explore the dashboard before entering your own. Edit, delete, or import a backup to replace them.

How your totals work

The Active subscription checkbox decides which entries count toward spending. Cancellation is tracked separately, so an active plan stays in your totals until you clear the checkbox.

Leave the amount blank when you do not know a price. It is then shown as unknown, rather than counted as €0.

Renewals & cancellations

Renewal dates roll forward from the recorded billing date, keeping the same day of the month in shorter months. Dates on or after an entered end date are excluded from upcoming payments. “Cancelling” covers both planned and requested cancellations on active subscriptions.

Your data, on this device

Changes are stored in this browser’s local storage. Export a JSON backup before clearing browser data or moving to another device. Importing a backup replaces the current list after confirmation.
